I provide a wide range of professional health related fitness services to meet a wide range of needs. I work with people of all ages and abilities to help them improve their health, fitness, physical and mental well-being.

Hopefully I am able to make you smile, provide some laughs and a whole load of education that will no doubt help you towards your health & fitness goals and as importantly; help your mental health and wellbeing by helping you achieve a higher level of personal achievement. 


Health & Fitness Assessments

Personal health assessments through body-composition analysis are the best way to track your progress & to check if your workout and dietary programme are working for you.

Test results will show levels of cardio fitness * body-fat % * muscle mass * nutritional requirements * fluid retention * joint flexibility * muscular strength & endurance.
I design individual programmes of exercise and provide dietary advice to help improve all of the above that are most applicable to you.

Goal setting is really important for 
mental health & general wellness
weight loss, toning & shaping, developing muscle, improving fitness for health reasons diabetes prevention, lowering cholesterol, improve breathing for asthma & lung efficiency; increase your functional skills for everyday movement, injury rehabilitation (post-surgery)

Learn to swim or improve technique for triathlon; try an adventure race like Tough-guy or 
Tough-mudder.
You may have an endurance goal (half or full marathon) or complete a 5km charity run or an entry level triathlon.

Psychologically you only acknowledge small physical progression because you see yourself every day; so it's the longevity of exercise that provides you with the greatest results!
Initially your exercise will be hard until your body adapts but it soon becomes fun, especially when you start seeing results!

Includes all aspects of 121PT and Online PT, Nutrition Analysis, Diet Plans & sports specific prep' if required
